How you create impact
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
- Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the customer service management system.
What we would like you to bring
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact concisely and empathetically with customers from diverse industries and backgrounds
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to customer issues
- Empathy and a customer focused mindset, with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer service management systems and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Financial acumen, familiarity with concepts and terms such as payables, profit and loss, revenue, etc
- Knowledge in sea freight as well as KN products and systems, such as Customer myKN, KN Login/ESP, CoreLOG
