It is about people, timing, communication and the ability to respond when things do not go to plan.

As a Contract Logistics Distribution Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating national distribution operations across customers, operational sites and transport partners. • Allocate team workloads, clarify ownership and deadlines, and maintain effective handovers across the operation.
  • Provide day to day leadership, coaching and feedback to team members while supporting capability development and cross training.
  • Monitor customer SLAs and KPIs, ensuring operational performance is visible, accurate and consistently managed.
  • Lead the resolution of operational issues and customer escalations, maintaining ownership until the issue is closed.
  • Investigate service failures and recurring issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting across service, productivity, cost, risk and operational performance.
  • Support customer onboarding, operational changes, tenders and proposals with accurate operational input.
  • Work closely with transport partners to manage capacity, performance, bookings and service requirements.
