How you create impact
- Act as the main internal contact for all key account inquiries and daily communication.
- Manage, obtain, and monitor transport bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and branches to ensure seamless cross‑border transport execution.
- Track shipments, proactively managing exceptions and communicating updates where needed.
- Maintain accurate account profiles, SOPs, and handling instructions.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support tenders, customer reviews, and the implementation of new business requirements.
- Source competitive rates from suppliers and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.
