Are you organised, customer-focused and interested in building your career within customs and logistics? As a Customs Brokerage Specialist, you will join our International Forwarding team in Dartford on a one-year fixed-term contract, supporting the accurate and timely processing of customs documentation and helping to keep our customers’ goods moving.
Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play an important role in ensuring customs activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company procedures and HM Revenue & Customs requirements. How you create impact
- Process customs documentation, reviewing all information received to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Complete data entry requirements accurately and within the required timelines.
- Ensure customs activities comply with company procedures and HM Revenue & Customs requirements.
- Use internal systems and Microsoft Office to process and maintain customs-related information.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues through email, telephone and video calls.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth and efficient customs operations.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative activities.
- Support the wider Customs team with general administration duties when required.
