The Project Director serves as the critical link between project teams and steering committee; reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes. The PD is leading person to the customer and ensures solution alignment between customer and internal teams. 

How you create impact

o Coordinate project managers and their teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
o Able to articulate the project’s value, and in a position to encourage buy in with stakeholders including the customer
o Provide guidance and support to project managers, contractors, and other team members.
o Create and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
o Monitor resource allocation and optimize the use of shared resources across projects.
o Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
o Develop and implement alternative plans to address deviations from project timelines or budgets.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
o Present project updates, milestones, and outcomes to Steering Committee
o Track and report on project milestones, including financial and programmatic progress.
o Use project management tools to generate real-time data and customizable reports.
o Oversee critical decision-making processes related to project budgets, resources, and governance.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of Project management experience
  • 2-5 years of Hyperscale experience
  • 2-5 years International experience
  • 7-10 years Leadership experience
  • 7-10 years Contract Logisitics experience
  • Travel minimum of 40%
