- Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Communicate with carriers
- Communicate with customer and customer suppliers
- Provide updates on order inquiries
- Responsible for managing claims and investigation flow ups
- Assist other Customer Service Representatives in daily tasks
- Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics
- Expedite rush order requests and follow up
- General administration task in supporting shipment document flow
- Work on and execute tasks on customer systems
- Manage order exceptions to last minute customer requirements
- Promotes safe work environment and support EHS policies

What we would like you to bring
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' Customer Service experience
- 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
