How you create impact
- Receive, process, and record customer inquiries and complaints related to road transportation
- Ensure proactive customer service, including communication of delays, exceptions, and shipment-related issues
- Track shipments and maintain accurate shipment status updates
- Coordinate and monitor shipments within our international road logistics network
What we would like you to bring
- Completed education in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong customer focus and initial experience in a customer service environment
- Fluent English skills; German and/or French would be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment
