Director of Controlling -Contracts Logistics

Provide advice and guidance to the Vice President responsible for the Contract Logistics unit in the country regarding financial and commercial decision‑making. Plan and manage controlling activities at the Contract Logistics level. Proactively plan and execute the processes for business investment analysis and approval. Ensure an effective process for monitoring productivity, profitability, and expenses. Lead the financial planning and analysis process (Monthly closing, Rolling Forecast, Target, Road Map, etc.). Ensure that financial processes comply with corporate guidelines.

How you create impact

  • Act as a Financial Business Partner for the leaders of the Contract Logistics business units.
  • Manage the business unit’s budget (Rolling Forecast, Target), perform variance analysis, suggest and drive improvement actions
  • Ensure cost control across the business areas.
  • Lead business investment processes (BIA, IA) and new customer processes (Zero Failure Gate 2, 3, 4 and 6) together with organizational stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper risk management for the business unit.
  • Ensure financial controls related to Working Capital, Administration, and Accounting throughout the month, including month-end closing tasks.
  • Coordinate finance-related projects within the business unit.
  • Regularly review the P&L and other financial matters together with Operations after month-end closing
  • Prepare and enhance profitability and business analysis reports, using new tools such as AI, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Lead the Contract Logistics controlling team and ensure strong coordination with the administrative team in the unit.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate and Procurement teams to drive savings initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance, managing strategic areas or processes.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in leadership positions, leading teams and handling high‑impact decision‑making.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics, including operating models, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strategic leadership skills, with the ability to oversee processes, develop talent, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Results‑oriented approach, ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
• Operational control capabilities, with a comprehensive business vision and the ability to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal standards.
• Excellent decision‑making skills, based on analysis, risk management, and long‑term vision.
