Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment—driving timely collections, building strong customer relationships, resolving issues end‑to‑end, and actively contributing to process improvements that directly impact cash flow and business performance.
How you create impact
- Assess new and existing customers through financial analysis, credit risk evaluation, and insurance review in line with internal guidelines (Master operating procedures, Internal Control System, KN standards).
- Manage credit limit setup and renewals, including insurance coverage, ensuring compliance, accurate system setup, and alignment with contractual terms.
- Monitor portfolio utilization and proactively address limit thresholds, overdues, and insurer changes to minimize credit risk exposure
- Initiate and support credit limit and insurance adjustments based on risk profile and business needs.
- Prepare business cases and recommendations for CoC, and maintain accurate documentation, account classification, and high-quality master data.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, including timely non-payment notifications, claims submission, and follow-up on open cases.
- Manage claims processes and bankruptcy cases, coordinating with insurers and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform month-end activities, including insurance provisions and reporting for assigned portfolios
- Support stakeholders through guidance and training on credit processes, while promoting risk awareness and policy adherence.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 year of hands‑on experience in Credit Risk
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions) considered a significant advantage
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar platforms) is a plus
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
