How you create impact
- Lead and coordinate inbound operations, including unloading, verifying shipments, and ensuring accuracy and damage-free deliveries.
- Oversee inventory processes in ERP/WMS systems, including put-away, product rotation, and maintaining accurate location tracking.
- Manage warehouse flow (picking, staging, storage, and shipping) to drive high productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of material handling equipment while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
- Assign work, manage schedules, and monitor team performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with reporting, QSHE standards, and quality systems (ISO/AS), while keeping a clean, organized, and secure facility.
What we would like you to bring
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and resolve conflicts within a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, with experience using warehouse or inventory systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and support inspection processes (experience preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
