We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products while meeting company service, safety, and cost objectives. This position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; however, we are seeking a flexible leader who can support front-end, back-end, and night shift operations as business needs require.

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities.

Lead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, company, and customer requirements.

Plan workforce schedules and allocate resources to meet productivity and service objectives.

Manage and develop warehouse associates through training, coaching, and performance oversight.

Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, properly documented, and free of damage.

Monitor inventory accuracy, maintain location control, and support physical inventory counts.

Utilize SAP/WMS systems to ensure accurate transaction processing and operational compliance.

Resolve operational and customer service issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Analyze operational reports, staffing needs, and account performance to drive efficiency and profitability.

Oversee the safe operation of material handling equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and overall operational performance.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum Education: High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degree.
- Preferred Experience: Two (2) year or four (4) year degree
- Required Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).
- SAP Experience is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong motivational skills.
- Establish priorities, multi-task and detail oriented.
- Possess professional business demeanor.
- Start-up experience is highly favorable.
- Successful communication – written and verbal.
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to develop effective relationships and provide leadership.
- Experience with material handling equipment.
- Analyze reports to ensure profitability of customer account.
- Adherence to Human Resource policies and procedures
- Fluent in English.
- Bilingual in Spanish - highly preferred.
- Overtime and weekends may be required.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
