We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure smooth warehouse operations through effective coordination, documentation. This position operates Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with an earlier shift on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
How you create impact
- Process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse and customer systems.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Verify shipment details, inventory, and order information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate carrier appointments, pickups, deliveries, and dock schedules with internal and external partners.
- Complete shipping, receiving, transfer, and inventory transactions while communicating shipment updates and exceptions.Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, inventory variances, and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and support inventory, customer service, and warehouse operations while following all safety and quality procedures.
What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or 3PL environments preferred.
- Experience preparing shipment documentation, coordinating carriers, and supporting warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with bills of lading, packing lists, purchase orders, manifests, and other shipping/receiving documents.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to accurately manage data and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
