We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, support cycle count programs, and drive continuous improvement through strong analytical skills, system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position follows a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

How you create impact

    • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.Investigate discrepancies and process inventory adjustments, transfers, and status changes.
    • Monitor inventory metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain inventory records, reports, and audit documentation.
    • Partner with operations teams to resolve inventory issues and improve processes.
    • Support audits, product holds, lot/serial tracking, and inventory control compliance.
    • Validate system transactions and escalate inventory-related issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, reporting, and operational performance
     

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL experience preferred.
  • Experience investigating inventory discrepancies, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments required.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, WMS, RF scanners, and ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently and across teams.
  • Commitment to safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement, with flexibility to work in office and warehouse environments as needed.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
