We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable Forklift Driver to operate material handling equipment, accurately move and store inventory, and support efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center while maintaining the highest standards of productivity and workplace safety. This position follows a Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM schedule.
How you create impact

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Load, unload, move, store, and stage products while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Use RF scanners and WMS to process inventory and shipment transactions.

Perform equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures.

Support receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory control activities.

Maintain clean work areas and meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance standards.
What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse, logistics, or 3PL experience preferred.

Previous forklift/material handling equipment experience or ability to obtain certification.

Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, and inventory systems.

Ability to follow work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and safely lift/move materials as required.

Reliable team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
