How you create impact
- Customer Care Management: Proactively consult and support customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments closely, provide timely updates, and collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve challenges proactively
- Customer Onboarding: Inclusion and transfer customer requirements into our systems, ensuring smooth handovers to operational teams
- Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and coordinate with stakeholders for effective solutions
- Quotation & Sales Support: Qualify customer inquiries, prepare quotations within pricing guidelines, and follow up to close deals
- Team Connector: Share insights and collaborate with sales and account management teams to strengthen customer relationships
- Performance Analytics: Create and refine reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Pharma Logistics Coordinator: Manage pharma shipments in full compliance with GDP standards and customer quality requirements
What we would like you to bring
- Apprenticeship, university degree or diploma in Freight Forwarding
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills
- Clear and confident communication, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Solid time management and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English are essential
- Additional language skills in French are a plus
