How you create impact
- Support business development and diversification using strong product and trade knowledge.
- Lead and monitor sales activities to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and nurture qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Review sales leads and customer portfolios with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market and pricing research, ensuring alignment with the pricing team.
- Provide customer feedback to CCL and support issue resolution.
- Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers, ensuring SOPs are updated for CCL handover.
- Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with CCL.
What we would like you to bring
- This is a 100% hunter role, focused solely on acquiring new business within Air freight business.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, within Air freight.
- Strong product/trade knowledge and ability to identify commercial opportunities.
- Solid prospecting skills with ability to build and convert a sales pipeline.
- Strong market awareness, including pricing and competitive analysis.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth operational handover.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working independently.
