We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic leader to join our organization as Cluster Manager, responsible for the overall business performance, commercial growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the region. This role will serve as a key representative of the organization, managing relationships with strategic clients, insurance carriers, business partners, and regulatory authorities while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable business results.
How you create impact
- Take full ownership of the overall business performance, ensuring continuity, growth and profitability of the Nacora cluster.
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy, including business development, client retention and strategic account management.
- Act as legal representative, managing relationships with key clients and regulatory authorities.
- Drive financial performance through P&L management, budgeting and analysis of financial results.
- Ensure strong technical oversight in insurance and risk underwriting, supporting informed business decisions.
- Guarantee compliance with regulations and internal policies, including interaction with regulatory entities.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (commercial, claims, placement and administrative).
- Define and monitor KPIs, implement action plans and ensure alignment across business units.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, partners and internal teams.
What we would like you to bring
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with solid exposure to brokerage operations.
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years) managing teams and business units.
- Strong financial knowledge, including P&L management, budgeting and business performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, risk underwriting and market dynamics.
- Experience interacting with regulatory entities and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Law or related fields.
- Bilingual (English required) due to interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
