Your Role
Our team seeks to provide high-quality technical guidance and support for global infrastructure services, including email and email archiving.
How you create impact
- Conceptualize and implement modern workplace environments based on Microsoft 365 services, ensuring their smooth operation.
- Administer Exchange Online, Secure Email Platforms, and Veritas Enterprise Vault on-premises.
- Ensure full compliance with our Corporate Policies for the e-mail products.
- Investigate and optimize operations through automation (e.g., PowerShell routines) and governance (creating KPIs).
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for operational issues.
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure seamless business operations.
- Align with stakeholders on requirements and communicate changes accordingly.
- Document processes, procedures, changes, and task progress.
- Optimize architecture and improve services by conducting deep research and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions across the organization.
- Mentor Support’ team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills
What we would like you to bring
- Successfully completed university degree in (business) informatics or completed training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience.
- Profound knowledge of and practical project experience with Microsoft 365 products, especially Exchange Online and E-mail related services.
- Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault for email archiving.
- Entra ID knowledge is welcome but not mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell for automation.
- Strong interest in new trends and innovations in cloud technology.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complex issues, simplify processes, and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and developing AI agents as a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Interest in modern working methods in a team, with experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Wiki documentation.
- Pleasant team player with good communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
