Role
You will be responsible for ensuring proper execution + continuous improvement for knowledge-based treasury processes, working towards achieving key performance indicators for the financial benefit of the company. You will be part of a project team collaborating closely with internal + external stakeholders to standardize, automate + leverage artificial intelligence to improve financial performance.
Your Responsibilities
- You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize cash management, mitigate financial risks, and support business growth.
- Oversee and execute cashflow forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely projections to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure optimal liquidity across all accounts.
- Manage foreign exchange (FX) hedging activities to minimize currency risk exposure.
- Coordinate the issuance and management of bank guarantees and related instruments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for banks, managing relationships and addressing all banking-related matters.
- Perform bank reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records, promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with business units and external partners to resolve treasury-related issues and support operational needs.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in treasury operations, bank reconciliation, cash management, banking, financial reporting, or audit.
- Strong grasp of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, FX hedging, and cashflow forecasting.
- Proficient in Excel and treasury systems; capable of financial analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying risks and process improvements.
- Able to ensure compliance, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and confident in managing relationships with banks and stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute to team success.
