IT Partner Integration Team Lead

Your Role

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to proactively manage expectations, address concerns, and align on the scope and priorities of partner integration projects.
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of B2B/EDI/API integration solutions, ensuring adherence to internal technical standards and business requirements.
  • Coordinate integration projects across all phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, interface development, testing, deployment, and go-live support, while proactively resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • Drive project delivery excellence by facilitating timely project completion and consistently achieving performance metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize integration delivery by adopting new technologies and promoting automation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date documentation for interfaces, configurations, and technical processes.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment and encouraging knowledge sharing across the global team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, supporting skills development and consistent delivery quality.
  • Plan and allocate work assignments to optimize team productivity and workload balance.
  • Deliver regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress, team performance, and key metrics.

 

Key Interactions

  • The role interacts extensively with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, regional integration teams, external customers, carriers, technology vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes and alignment with global standards.

 

Workmode

  • The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior IT and business management, and external technology partners in a dynamic, international logistics environment.
  • The role operates primarily within the AMER region business hours, ensuring close alignment with partners, customers, and stakeholders in that geography.
  • Involves regular coordination with integration teams in other global regions to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and alignment of technical standards.
  • The position demands hands-on engagement with integration platforms, technical documentation, and regular participation in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

 

Qualification

  • Systems Engineering
  • Process Management and Process Automation
  • Possession of a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with strong technical expertise in integration technologies such as EDI, API (REST/SOAP), and data mapping.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT integration projects within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry, including hands-on skills in system integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on performance and delivery quality.
  • It is beneficial to be proficient with EDI message flows, standards, and data formats (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12).
