Job Purpose

Lead and supervise a team responsible for delivering ISC services with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. Ensure the team consistently meets agreed service expectations, including SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Drive operational excellence through proactive issue resolution, continuous process improvement, and adherence to standardized work instructions. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to enable team performance, development, and customer‑focused service delivery. Serve as an escalation point, ensuring quick and effective responses to operational challenges and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point and ensure timely, effective resolution of issues.
• Serve as the main liaison between the local KNGS team and ISC Control Tower managers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Lead on-boarding and training for new hires and provide ad‑hoc training to support evolving business needs.
• Review newly migrated tasks, ensure process understanding, and secure accurate execution by the team.
• Conduct daily quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and compliance with work instructions.
• Provide timely coaching, performance feedback, and guidance to support employee growth and corrective actions where needed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, monitoring both individual and team metrics.
• Analyze team performance results, identify gaps or issues, and escalate insights or recommendations to the manager.
• Oversee team manpower utilization, workload distribution, and schedule adherence to ensure optimal resource use.
• Manage team attendance, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration and ensure consistent application of best practices. Perform additional duties and project tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related courses
• Minimum of 2-5 years direct leadership experience
• At least 2 years work experience in Sea Logistics/Air Logistics/Finance
• MS Excel (advanced) and other MS Office products (intermediate)
• Solid knowledge of international geography
• Previous experience in trading or logistics field
• Solid knowledge of international geography
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Well-organized, able to prioritize and manage time well.
• Able to multi-task.
• Analytical and process-driven mind-set.
• Good communication skills.
