GS Sales + Marketing Specialist (Sales Performance and Governance)

Role

Daily coordination and collaboration with the Global Core Team and Subject Matter Experts to support the Global SP&G team and all Sales Channels in Global Key Accounts, National Key Accounts and BU Field Sales. The team works with highly sensitive data (global volumes and gross profits) that is only accessible for a very limited number of KN employees. With its tasks the team is indispensable for the entire KN Sales force and ensures correct performance reporting and financial bonus pay out.

Your Responsibilities

  • Onboarding / Deactivation Process
  • Standard CoreLOG & CoreLOG Mobile Activation / Deactivation Process 
  • Account maintenance & Reporting
  • Sales comission management - Analysis of data discreprancies in operational and sales systems (SPMS missing shipments)
  • Providing 1st level support in tasks behind key Sales Processes (Eg. Missing Volumes, Linkages, User Onboarding, Account Transfers)
  • Regular + Ad hoc tasks on demand of Global SP&G Core Team
  • Coordination of relevant CRM system access for sales force with global BU stakeholders
  • Collaboration with corporate IT teams
  • Facilitating comission payout via myRewards by enforcing the process and setup accuracy
  • Troubleshooting with Key Subject Matter Experts regarding user issues
  • Responsibility for correctness of data and data maintenance

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Finance or any equivalent
  • Experience in IT coding languages and basic knowledge of Incoterms / Quotes/ Pricing and contracts
  • Experience in Sales is an advantage
  • 2 years working experience in Integrated Logistics/Finance and/or IT is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word) and Intermediate to Expert Level using MS Excel
  • Knowledge on Reporting and Project Management
  • Proficient in English language
  • Ability to explain complex information to relevant parties, establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks and ability to work with demanding deadlines
