How you create impact
- Processing and posting of business transactions such as receivables and credits from our logistics services
- Creation of accounts receivable and their further processing
- Checking incoming payments for completeness and posting of the corresponding bank details
- Regular review of accounts receivable for outstanding receivables
- Close cooperation with the receivables management/dunning department for outstanding invoices and open items
What we would like you to bring
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in accounting or, alternatively, initial knowledge as well as motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high affinity for numbers
- Confident appearance and assertiveness with simultaneous service orientation
- Independent way of working and team orientation
- Knowledge of English desirable
