As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. L'Impiegato/a di Logistica opererà nel nostro magazzino situato a Casorate Primo (PAVIA). Riportando direttamente al Responsabile Operativo supporterà l’organizzazione per soddisfare le esigenze e le richieste dei clienti, svolgendo attività amministrative relative ai processi di inbound, outbound e gestione delle scorte.
How you create impact
Principali responsabilità:
- Supervisione dei processi inbound/outbound per quanto riguarda le attività amministrative
- Supervisione dei processi di resi e rilavorazioni a livello amministrativo
- Esecuzione delle attività amministrative necessarie per garantire il rispetto degli accordi negoziati con il cliente
Attività inbound e outbound
- Svolgimento di attività quotidiane in outbound, come il controllo dello stato degli ordini, generazione liste di lavoro per il magazzino e le attività di fine carico
- Monitoraggio del corretto flusso, della gestione e della completezza degli ordini inbound
- Supporto nella generazione di report relativi al proprio ambito di responsabilità
- Ottimizzazione del carico di lavoro del magazzino, tenendo conto dei vincoli dei KPI e migliorando l’efficienza del picking
Attività di resi
- Monitoraggio del corretto flusso, della gestione e della completezza degli ordini relativi ai resi.
Attività legate alle scorte
- Supporto e, occasionalmente, esecuzione diretta di attività legate alle scorte (controlli, modifiche ai dati principali, ecc.)
- Assistenza nelle attività di inventario annuale programmato

Esperienza richiesta
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo in un magazzino di medie/grandi dimensioni (1-2 anni)
- Esperienza amministrativa (1-2 anni)
Requisiti formativi:
- Diploma di scuola superiore
Competenze linguistiche:
- Italiano: Fluente
Inglese: Base
