Acting as the primary interface between customers, suppliers and operational teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.Your objective: deliver best-in-class customer service while ensuring operational efficiency, shipment visibility, stakeholder alignment and profitable project execution.
How you create impact
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide proactive support throughout the execution of their logistics projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Monitor shipment milestones, anticipate potential operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding shipment status, project updates and operational performance.
- Support customer onboarding, project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer requirements and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational data, reporting and documentation within company systems.
- Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction and business growth by building strong and long-term relationships.
What we would like you to bring
- Mandatory experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding with a strong understanding of international shipping processes.
- Experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, supply chain or international transportation operations.
- Proven customer-facing experience in a logistics or transportation environment.
- Good understanding of international trade, multimodal transportation and project cargo operations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex operational activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
