Sea Logistics Field Sales personnel develop sea logistics business from existing and new customers in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by the National Vinlog manager . They are primarily responsible for growth of the SME customer segment, focused on hunting in key target trades as outlined by National Sea Logistics Management guidelines. Together with the Customer Care colleagues, Vinlog Sea Logistics Field Sales are directly responsible for increasing Kuehne & Nagel market share across the core Sea Logistics products (FCL, LCL) and contribute positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit Vinlog.

How you create impact
- Hunt and win new seafreight import, export, and cross‑trade business (FCL & LCL)
- Further Development and retention of existing customer base in the Drinks and Bulk Liquid
- Develop, retain, and expand existing customer relationships
- Build expert market knowledge on key trades, carriers, routings, and schedules
- Maintain close collaboration with overseas Route Development Managers
- Ensure a high‑quality sales pipeline and maximize win rates
- Provide continuous feedback on market conditions and pricing developments
- Enter and maintain accurate CRM (CoreLOG) data on a weekly basis
- Support customer onboarding and participate in sales projects and initiatives
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in sea logistics or international freight forwarding (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong customer focus and excellent verbal communication skills
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
- Freight forwarding operational knowledge (FCL & LCL)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and in cross‑cultural teams
- Advanced English skills and intermediate local language proficiency
- High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and time‑management capability
