The Operational Customer Care Analyst's mission is to ensure that every interaction with the Operational Care Center (OCC) delivers a positive and efficient experience for our internal customers.
How you create impact
- Ensure accuracy in file processing by following established policies and procedures while maintaining real-time shipment visibility;
- Prioritize and balance customer needs on a daily basis, responding to inquiries and requests through multiple communication channels;
- Create and maintain customer data within operational systems and tools, including Business Profiles and Wiki pages;
- Collaborate with the systems team to drive the adoption of automation within Operational Care workflows;
- Resolve issues and challenges arising during customer service activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
- Experience in coordinating ocean import logistics processes and monitoring international shipments;
- Customer service experience and strong customer-oriented mindset;
- Intermediate level of English.
