O Estagiário de Logística Marítima apoia as atividades operacionais e administrativas diárias relacionadas a embarques FCL e LCL, garantindo a qualidade do serviço e a conformidade dos processos.

How you create impact

  • Receber e processar reservas (origem e destino);

  • Realizar validação de dados, incluindo análise de crédito e detalhes do embarque;

  • Coordenar Instruções de Embarque (SI) com a origem e realizar conferências em relação às cotações;

  • Acompanhar equipes de origem e clientes de destino;

  • Enviar confirmações de reserva e notificações de embarque aos clientes;

  • Monitorar arquivos de embarque e atualizações no sistema (ex.: marcos, etiquetas);

  • Fornecer suporte operacional geral e auxiliar em iniciativas de melhoria de processos.

What we would like you to bring

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou similares;
  • Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência com MS Office (Excel intermediario);
  • Conclusão prevista para dezembro de 2027 ou data posterior; 
  • Inglês intermediario.
