O Analista de Faturamento é responsável pela emissão, conferência e controle das notas fiscais, garantindo conformidade com a legislação e políticas internas. Atua também no suporte às áreas financeira e contábil, assegurando precisão das informações e eficiência nos processos de faturamento.
How you create impact
- Conferência das notas fiscais/notas de debitos e documentos auxiliares a serem enviados junto ao faturamento;
- Gerar boleto / carteira no sistema interno KN - BM;
- Enviar faturamentos de acordo com critérios de cada cliente e dentro dos prazos negociados e com a legislação vigente;
- Elaborar os relatórios de performance - KPI;
- Executar os lançamentos das notas/informações de faturamento no portal, sistema ou plataforma do cliente;
- Atender a expectativa dos clientes internos e externos;
- Atender e respeitar os valores e políticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente, bem como as normas internas da Empresa.
What we would like you to bring
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência em emissão, conferência e controle de notas fiscais;
- Conhecimento em legislação tributária e rotinas de faturamento;
- Inglês Básico.
