Ensure the efficient management of operational traffic by actively engaging and supervising drivers at an optimal level. Act as a Front-End Driver Manager, ensuring driver adherence to company requirements.
How you create impact
• Ensure all orders are communicated to drivers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee driver performance to ensure tasks are executed at an optimal level.
• Maximize driver utilization for operational efficiency.
• Enforce driver discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Transport Management System (TMS) is implemented at the highest standard.
• Ensure driver payment vouchers are completed on time and updated for HOD verification.
• Coordinate with EHS to conduct and update driver safety and awareness training in TMS, ensuring weekly training sessions are carried out as scheduled.
What we would like you to bring

Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree/diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an advantage).
- Proven experience in transport coordination, driver management, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with traffic control procedures, transport regulations, and compliance requirements.
