Road Logistics Customer Care & Operations Specialist is responsible for managing Trucking coordinatio, custom clearance coordination and DagangTek submission.
How you create impact
- Manage order entry and processing to ensure the smooth operation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure that customer orders meet delivery deadlines, service quality, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, escalating to management as needed.
- Ensure that customers are kept informed about the status of their orders or shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in tracking KPIs to measure customer service success.
- Work closely with other departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth customer experience.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum Diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
