We are looking to strengthen Project Logistics organization in Romania by appointing two (2) experienced National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialists, focused on AIR and SEA shipments.

Your Role

This role is responsible for ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating activities, managing communication, and delivering service excellence within standard and complex project logistics operations.

How you create impact

Your Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary local point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, timely communication and professional support
• Take commercial ownership of assigned customers, driving growth, retention, and profitability
• Expand the customer base through upselling, spot quotations, and proactive follow-up
• Independently manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment execution (including heavy lift and oversized cargo) across air, sea, barge, and charter solutions
• Plan, organize, and supervise transport execution to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and business units
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and data quality requirements
• Deliver service in line with contractual agreements and internal performance standards
• Prepare spot quotations and tender inputs, supporting commercial activities
• Ensure all operational files are accurate, complete, and closed on time
• Maintain accurate and timely system entries and reporting across all required platforms
• Act as a coordination link between pricing, operations, and revenue care, ensuring smooth handovers and alignment
• Monitor operational performance and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues or risks
• Review daily operational activities and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain a safety-first mindset, reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned shipments, including gross profit and cost control
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, accruals, and support timely invoicing
• To take appropriate corrective action +/or notify relevant person + office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
• To report incidents + hazards as per the relevant working instructions. 

What we would like you to bring

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or multimodal cargo operations; AIR and/or SEA experience is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end operational coordination while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented manner
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and operational reporting tools
• High attention to detail with a strong data quality focus, cost awareness, and analytical mindset
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills are an advantage (optional): Chinese, Arabic, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Serbian
• Clear commitment to HSE standards, compliance, and a safety‑first mindset in daily operations
