You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers.
How you create impact
- Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies
- Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly
- Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes
- Maintain Quality Management System
- Other duties as assigned
What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of full‑time experience in a quality role
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehousing environment
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated or high‑compliance environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or another Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards
- Understanding of GDP, GxP, and GMP requirements
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
