How you create impact
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates across the US market.Source talent for a broad range of positions, including operational, professional, mid-level, and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Implement innovative candidate engagement strategies to increase response rates and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to identify target talent pools and emerging hiring trends.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent market insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Kuehne+Nagel's presence in the US talent market.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting talent sourcing and attraction activities within the US market.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across operational, professional, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing technologies.
- Ability to build and nurture talent communities and long-term candidate pipelines.
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
