As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist – Export, you will play a key role in coordinating international sea freight operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment follow-up, and smooth export processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to deliver reliable service and ensure shipments meet operational requirements and deadlines, with a particular focus on export operations involving the United States.
How you create impact

Coordinate and monitor sea freight export shipments, ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution.

Manage shipment documentation, verifying accuracy and compliance with applicable export requirements.

Follow up on bookings, container movements, shipment milestones, and operational updates.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Apply Incoterms correctly to support export operations and clarify responsibilities across the supply chain.

Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays or discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.

Ensure proper operational closure of export shipments, maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.

Provide customer-oriented support, ensuring timely communication and adherence to agreed service levels.
What we would like you to bring

A degree or technical qualification in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience in sea freight export operations, preferably involving shipments to the United States.

B2–C1 English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

Knowledge of Incoterms and their application in international trade.

Experience coordinating sea freight shipments, container operations, and export documentation.

Familiarity with transport document review and operational shipment closure.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective follow-up capabilities.

A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet operational deadlines.
