As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert – Export, you will play a key role in coordinating export operations, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments. You will work closely with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to optimize operational processes, monitor container availability, and ensure reliable and efficient logistics solutions.
How you create impact

Coordinate and manage booking requests for export shipments, ensuring timely processing and follow-up with shipping lines.

Maintain close communication with carriers to confirm bookings, monitor container availability, and manage customer allocations.

Provide operational support to customers, ensuring end-to-end shipment follow-up and timely updates on shipment status.

Monitor export operations to identify potential issues, process deviations, and opportunities for improvement.

Participate in meetings with shipping lines to review operational performance, address service-related challenges, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Manage and monitor allocations and container availability to support operational planning and customer requirements.

Use operational tools and systems, including ASP, to ensure accurate information management and efficient shipment coordination.
What we would like you to bring

A degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Sea Logistics or Freight Forwarding operations, preferably focused on export processes.

Experience managing bookings and coordinating directly with shipping lines.

Knowledge of container availability, customer allocations, and shipment tracking.

Experience providing operational customer support and managing shipment follow-up.

Ability to participate in carrier meetings, identify operational gaps, and contribute to process improvements.

Familiarity with ASP and other logistics operational tools.

Knowledge of NEXUS is considered a plus.

Conversational English proficiency at B1–B2 level.

Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
