Join Nacora in Bogotá to manage motor insurance claims for a key client, guiding cases from initial notification to resolution. You’ll combine claims expertise, legal knowledge and clear communication to help clients navigate each step.
How you create impact
- Manage motor claims involving partial losses, total losses, theft and related third-party liability.
- Follow up on vehicle releases and cases involving prosecutors’ offices and traffic authorities.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and external lawyers to move cases forward.
- Keep claims documentation complete and flag issues that could delay resolution.
- Give clients clear, timely updates on progress, outstanding items and next steps.
- Prepare claims reports and reconcile case information with insurers.
What we would like you to bring
- A law degree is preferred; other qualifications are welcome with strong motor claims expertise.
- Hands-on experience managing motor claims and settlements through to closure.
- Knowledge of vehicle release procedures and legal proceedings arising from road accidents.
- Confidence working directly with clients and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organization, sound judgment and clear written and verbal communication in Spanish.
- Excel skills for tracking cases and preparing reports; advanced proficiency is a plus.
