As a KC Finance Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing credit risk, analyzing financial information, and identifying potential risks and exceptions to support sound business decisions. You will manage daily requests within established SLAs, ensure timely escalation of credit-related risks, and maintain accurate financial controls and reporting.
You will work closely with Credit Risk Analysts and internal teams across different countries, managing multiple requests simultaneously while demonstrating strong analytical skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail.
How you create impact
- Analyze credit risk and financial information to identify potential credit and operational risks.
- Review and manage credit exceptions, applying sound judgment and escalating risks when required.
- Manage daily requests while meeting established SLAs and deadlines.
- Validate billing requests and verify account coverage with insurance providers.
- Maintain complete and accurate reports, records, and controls.
- Collaborate closely with Credit Risk Analysts and internal teams across different countries.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Support activities related to financial analysis and accounting processes.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk management, or related areas.
- Experience in credit analysis and credit exception management is essential. This role is not intended for profiles focused exclusively on collections.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
- English A1 spoken / B1 basic is a plus.
- Portuguese is a plus.

- Salary: COP $3,200,000 (subject to final validation).
- Monday to Friday with rotating schedules: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
