KC Finance Accounts Receivable Manager
Lead the Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Back Office functions within our Knowledge Center in Bogotá, overseeing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process for the LATAM region. You will combine strong technical expertise in Finance and Accounting with strategic leadership, talent development, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
How you create impact
- Lead the AR and Credit organization: Manage a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Oversee the O2C operation: Lead key processes across Accounts Receivable, Credit, Billing, Collections, Dispute Management, and customer account management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
- Drive financial and business performance: Monitor KPIs such as AR performance, DSO, cash forecasts, credit exposure, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead process optimization and transformation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and risk management, leveraging technology, AI, internal KN tools, and best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Business Units, and regional stakeholders to align O2C strategies with business objectives and resolve complex customer and credit matters.
What we would like you to bring
- 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with strong technical knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Credit, and O2C processes.
- Leadership experience, ideally managing large teams within a Shared Services or Knowledge Center environment, with demonstrated experience in performance management and talent development.
- Strong experience with SAP/ERP systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and digital tools, with the ability to leverage AI and KN tools to improve processes and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading meetings, presenting to stakeholders, and communicating effectively at different organizational levels.
- B2+ English level is essential, combined with strong analytical, business, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Portuguese is a plus.
