Join our Finance team as an Accounts Payable Team Leader, leading an assigned team and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable processes. You will coordinate payment activities, support critical supplier matters, and drive continuous improvements to increase process efficiency and service quality.

How you create impact

  • Lead the Accounts Payable team: Coordinate the assigned team, support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and contribute to the onboarding and development of team members.
  • Coordinate payment execution: Estimate and monitor cash outflows, coordinate payment schedules with Treasury, and ensure suppliers are properly included in payment plans.
  • Manage supplier accounts and critical issues: Ensure supplier accounts are reconciled, follow up on outstanding and aged items, and help prevent service or credit disruptions caused by overdue accounts.
  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence: Identify and implement improvement plans that optimize AP processes while ensuring compliance with internal requirements and audit standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, support business units across participating countries, and participate in critical meetings to facilitate problem resolution.

What we would like you to bring

  • Professional degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / financial processes, including knowledge of accounting and treasury activities.
  • Experience leading teams, with the ability to coordinate priorities, support team members, and handle critical situations.
  • Knowledge of supplier account reconciliations, banking platforms, Excel, and financial reporting.
  • Intermediate-high English (B2+), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a Shared Services Center or Knowledge Center is desirable
