How you create impact

As Human Resources Director for the Andean Cluster, you will design and lead HR strategies that align with global objectives while addressing local business needs. Your leadership will drive talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and organizational transformation, ensuring a high-performing, engaged workforce. You will also champion culture, diversity, inclusion, and change management, creating an environment where people thrive and business goals are achieved. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) and actively participate in related training and initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

  • Strategic vision and leadership experience in Human Resources (5–10 years).
  • Expertise in compensation, benefits, labor relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) is a plus.
