Leading Excellence in Financial Document Operations
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality in high-volume financial document processing. The Indexing Team Leader guides and supports the Indexing Specialists team to ensure invoices and related documents are correctly classified, searchable, and audit-ready, consistently meeting SLAs and quality standards while delivering a reliable, client-focused service experience across a multi-country operation.
How you create impact

Manage the end-to-end indexing process and supervise daily activities of the indexing team.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of accounts payable data while maintaining strict data integrity standards.

Implement and enforce structured indexing and categorization protocols for invoices and financial documents to enable fast and reliable retrieval.

Coordinate with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams to align workflows and support efficient invoice processing and payment execution.

Monitor SLAs and quality metrics to ensure consistent service performance.

Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs to support continuous team improvement.
What we would like you to bring

Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Proven leadership or team supervision experience.

Strong financial background with knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

Indexing experience is a plus.
