How you create impact
As a GS Finance Specialist, you will support key financial and administrative processes, ensuring accurate validation, documentation, and processing of information related to customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, validating customer and supplier information, supporting credit limit assignments, managing quotations and invoicing processes, and interacting with teams in the United States. Your attention to detail and ability to work with financial information will contribute to efficient and reliable business operations.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in financial, administrative, billing, or related processes.
- Intermediate English level (B1), with the ability to communicate and participate in meetings with U.S.-based teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to review, validate, and manage documentation accurately.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and international stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in an interview in English as part of the selection process.
What's in it for you

- Monday to Friday schedule, either 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
