Financial Specialist – Order to Cash
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Specialist to support our Order to Cash operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payment processing. This role is responsible for managing and reviewing payment transactions, supporting billing and collections activities, and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures and controls. The position requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and solid knowledge of O2C workflows. The specialist will ensure all payment activities are processed in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest quality standards.
How you create impact
- Manage and validate end-to-end Order to Cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Process and apply incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, and investigate discrepancies or unapplied cash.
- Support billing and invoicing activities, ensuring timely and correct invoice generation and delivery.
- Coordinate collections activities by following up on outstanding balances and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high quality standards through continuous monitoring, reporting, and process improvement within O2C workflows.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in Order to Cash processes, billing, cash application, reconciliations, or collections.
- English level C1 required, with strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency in ERP and financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
