This position will support regional financial operations within the Global Services environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across financial processes. The role is ideal for candidates with previous exposure to finance operations, billing activities, reconciliations, or shared services environments who are looking to continue growing within a multinational organization.
How you create impact
• Support billing and financial operations processes within the Global Services structure
• Perform invoice entry and validation activities within internal systems
• Support payment reconciliation processes and ensure financial information accuracy
• Review and transfer operational financial information related to payment validations and reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal and regional stakeholders to resolve operational or financial discrepancies
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related activities
• Maintain compliance with financial controls, operational procedures, and reporting standards
• Ensure operational quality and timely execution of assigned finance processes
What we would like you to bring
• Ongoing or completed professional studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Logistics, or related fields
• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance operations, billing, reconciliations, shared services, or related financial processes
• Internship experience in finance-related areas is highly valued
• Previous exposure to Global Services environments is considered a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage financial data accurately
• English level B2 is required due to direct interaction with North America stakeholders
