As a Finance Accounts Payable Advanced Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial backbone of the organization. In this position, you will ensure that vendor invoices are processed accurately, payments are executed on time, and any discrepancies are resolved promptly. You will work closely with suppliers, internal finance teams, and operational stakeholders to maintain transparent and reliable financial flows.

How you create impact

Manage end to end Accounts Payable activities, including processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
Support both regular and critical payment cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Work directly with vendors and suppliers, maintaining strong communication and follow‑up to resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Treasury and Suppliers teams to support payment execution and critical reconciliations.

What we would like you to bring

1–2 years of professional experience in finance roles, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP).
Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
A plus: background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and adapt to operational changes.
