Responsible for managing relationships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) supporting customer operations. Ensures proper onboarding, digital connectivity, and compliance with operational processes and KPIs. Drives value creation through transport market expertise and efficient LSP collaboration. Leads digital transformation initiatives focused on automation and real-time shipment visibility
How you create impact
- Oversee LSP onboarding, integration, and digital connectivity
- Monitor and improve LSP operational performance and compliance with KPIs
- Manage escalations, data quality, and emergency response
- Support freight procurement, RFQs, and transport market intelligence
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure GDP/GxP compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cost, service, and process automation
- Maintain strong customer focus and drive value creation through strategic LSP engagement
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics operations across all transportation modes
- Demonstrated expertise in Project and Change Management
- Strong background in supply chain optimization and operational performance improvement
- Advanced English
