How you create impact
- Review and validate import documentation in accordance with current regulations.
- Verify import declarations and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
- Manage and consolidate operational information related to high-volume item handling.
- Monitor and control documentation throughout the import process.
- Prepare and manage reports and databases using intermediate Excel skills.
- Support the organization and updating of information within foreign trade operations.
- English is not required.
What we would like you to bring
- Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import documentation review.
- Experience validating import declarations.
- Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of data management and information handling, due to the high volume of items managed in the operation.
- English A1 - A2.
What's in it for you
- Indefinite-term contract.
- Salary: COP $3,208,500 + transportation allowance.
- Monthly payment on the 25th of each month.
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
