Are you ready to lead a team that drives financial accuracy and operational excellence in Air Logistics? As a Air Logistics Revenue Care Team Leader, you will oversee the quality and timeliness of financial information across air import and export shipments, ensuring accurate cost accruals, effective financial controls, and compliance with key performance indicators. Through team leadership, data analysis, and continuous improvement, you will help prevent operational delays, protect customer service levels, and improve shipment profitability.
How you create impact

Coordinate the Revenue Care team’s daily activities, ensure customer-specific instructions are understood and followed, and promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous development.

Oversee invoice and credit note creation, validate the financial accuracy of operational files, and ensure automated cost accruals are correctly configured and maintained.

Monitor the FSL process from expected gross profit confirmation through cost accruals and file closure, tracking process speed, accuracy, monthly accruals, deferred files, and customer profitability deviations.

Analyze team KPIs, reports, and business intelligence data to identify bottlenecks, address overdue or unnecessary open tasks, coordinate improvement plans, and maintain compliance with SLAs and financial deadlines.

Act as the main escalation point for financial issues, advise Operations and Customer Service teams on financial matters, collaborate with different teams, and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Perishables experience is desired.
What we would like you to bring

A professional degree in International Trade, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate specialization is desirable.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position and 2 years of team management experience.

Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports and presentations, and manage Excel effectively.

Advanced English level is required.
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel Level.
