As the leader of the Customer Revenue Care team, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information for all Airfreight import and export shipments. You will use your Airfreight Forwarding and Finance expertise to prevent delays and incorrect data in systems. You will oversee the team, which supports you in analyzing and updating operational and financial information, as well as completing required administrative tasks. You will also manage active and overdue tasks, ensure compliance with financial KPIs, maintain the highest standards for the commercial field, and support the assigned financial commercial controller to further improve shipment and customer profitability.
How you create impact
- Oversee financial accuracy of operational files, invoices, credit notes, and automated cost accruals within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Lead and ensure correct execution of the FSL process, including GP validation, accrual provisioning, and file closures.
- Act as the main escalation point for financial‑process issues, ensuring customer instructions are understood and followed by the RCC team.
- Proactively monitor financial workflows, identify risks (SLA breaches, overdue tasks, etc.), and coordinate resolutions with CCL, OCC, SSC, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze team performance and financial indicators, drive continuous improvement, and support profitability analysis, P&L review, and month‑end closing.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, systems, and processes, ensuring strong collaboration and communication across RCC and operational teams.
What we would like you to bring
- Degree in International Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with experience in a similar role and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify and follow up on critical process points to prevent delays and system errors.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel management, and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Solid financial acumen, attention to detail, and effective time‑management and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
